aircraft maintenance industry by providing strategic bespoke and specialist
training at the place and time to minimize costs to the customer
Total Training Support is designed to support your
existing training organization by "filling in" with specialist training courses
that will complement your mainstream training programmes, or support your
administration of training by implementing specialist procedures and software.
Total Training Support can even build you a training
centre, select and train the instructors, implement all procedures and
administration software, apply for Approval and then hand it over
to you as a fully functioning organization.
- The following organiations or persons will benefit from one or more of
the products and services supplied by TTS:
- An existing training organization requiring support with administration
and specialist courses and to alleviate temporary staff shortages.
- A College of Further Education delivering aeronautical engineering to any
academic level, in any subject (BTEC, EdExcel, C+G, JAR66 etc.). To alleviate
your temporary staff shortages or to provide a special course to your existing
customers.
A maintenance organization, or a group of organizations, wishing to train
their existing mechanics, or set-up an apprentice training programme.
- A shift supervisor or manager wishing to promote the training of your
staff with a series of licensing courses or a bespoke course on such areas
as your company procedures, aircraft regulations or human factors.
- An aircraft manufacturer contracted to supply type training to new
customers of your aircraft but you do not have your own in-house training
department.
- An individual aircraft mechanic ready to advance your career by studying
for a maintenance license.
