The following are the terms and conditions
regarding the sale and supply of goods to you by Total Training Support.
These terms are subject to change.
1. Contract with the Customer
No contract shall exist between you, the customer, and Total Training
Support until an email has been sent confirming your order. Total
Training Support reserves the right to withdraw from any contract in the
case of obvious errors such as false personal or payment details.
2. Availability and Pricing
The availability and pricing of goods on the Total Training Support
website are valid at the time of your visit and are subject to change
without notice. There is no additional charge, for postage and packing,
when items are delivered in the UK. However, if items are to be
delivered outside the UK, there is an additional charge to cover postage.
In the unlikely event that the items you have ordered are unavailable,
we shall email you a notification of the current status of your order
and a) inform you the estimated time of delivering your item(s) or b)
give you the opportunity to cancel your item(s) or order.
3. Payment
Total Training Support accepts credit and debit cards via the WorldPay
gateway. Payment can also be made by cheque or postal order or
bank draft. See Bookshop FAQ for further information.
4. Delivery of Goods
When you have placed an order with the Total Training Support Bookshop
online, every effort will be made to dispatch your goods within the next
working day (24 hours). If the order cannot be despatched within 3
working days, you will be notified by email and appropriate arrangements
will be made regarding the payment of the order. If necessary, the Total
Training Support Bookshop may deliver individual items from a single
order separately. If this delivery is outside the UK, it will not affect
your additional charge for postage.
5. Data Protection Notice
Total Training Support will hold your contact details on the WorldPay
database. The exception to this is your credit or debit card details.
These are never retained by Total Training Support. Your data will
never be sold or released to a third party to use for their own
purposes. Total Training Support will retain your data and will use it
only to communicate with you on Total Training Support-related issues
and to provide information that may be of use to you for the future.

7. Returns Policy
Unwanted items can be returned to us in pristine condition within 14
days and a credit will be issued. There may be a small handling or
postage charge incurred.
